Bob Bradley is a CEO & Co-Founder of MedPartners. His role includes directing the organization’s business development and client relationship management strategies, implementing the strategic business plan and developing the integrated marketing and delivery plans.

Prior to joining the company, Bradley served in various leadership, management and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized healthcare consulting organizations in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa. Bradley brings more than 15 years of healthcare consulting experience to the MedPartners organization.  He graduated from Quincy College with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Marci Wilhelm serves as the company’s Co-CEO & Chief Compliance Officer for MedPartners, responsible for system process development, staff acquisition, education and development, candidate relationship management, client project management, and internal quality assurance.

Wilhelm, a graduate of the University of Florida with her bachelor’s degree in Communications, has more than 10 years of healthcare consulting experience.  Wilhelm is a member of the American Health Information Management Association and the American Academy of Professional Coders, as well as a Contributor to FORE (Foundation of Research and Education of AHIMA).  She is a dedicated member of the health information management profession and is currently enrolled in the College of St. Scholastica, pursuing a master’s degree in Health Information Management.

George Klimis, CPC serves as the Senior Vice President of MedPartners. He is charged with uniting all of the company’s divisions and leading it into the future as the nation’s top provider of total reimbursement integrity staffing solutions.

In 2009, George joined MedPartners as an Account Manager in the HIM division. In 2011, he created the CDI team and led them to become the national leader of interim staffing for the growing niche’. Two years later, he saw a demand for Quality Care experts in the form of acute care case managers and social workers, and created another division.

Prior to MedPartners, George served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions during his professional career.  He began his staffing career after graduating college in 1994.  After a seven year stint working for two of the nation’s largest banking institutions as a Regional Manager, George returned to the staffing world with MedPartners.

George is a proud alum of the University of Pittsburgh.  He and his wife Christine reside in Largo, FL with their three children, Dino, Anastasia and Christopher. In 2015, George regained his credential as a Certified Personnel Consultant through The National Association of Personnel Services.  He proudly serves on the Plato School Board in Florida, as well as having coached numerous youth sports in the past decade.

Harris Katz co-founded the company with Mr. Vito Scutero. Mr. Katz’ role includes directing the organization’s business development, internal talent acquisition, client relationship management, and community outreach programs. Katz is a thought leader for the implementation and creation of our strategic service offerings and the development of the company’s integrated sales, marketing and delivery programs.

Prior to founding the company, Mr. Katz served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized professional services organizations in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Miami. He brings more than 16 years worth of successful experience and business processes to the organization.  Katz graduated from the University of  Central Florida with his Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations.

Vito Scutero co-founded the company with Mr. Harris Katz. Mr. Scutero’s role includes directing the organization’s sales operations, organizational development, finance, accounting, insurance, legal, and strategic relationship management programs. Scutero is a thought leader for the creation and implementation of strategic workforce, staffing, recruiting, and consulting solutions for the company and its clients.

Prior to founding the company, Mr. Scutero served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized professional services organizations in Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.  Mr. Scutero brings more than 16 years worth of successful leadership, financial management, and business process experience to the organization.  Scutero graduated from the University of Central Florida with his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Accounting.

Gregg Straus serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MedPartners. He is a key member of the senior executive leadership team and provides insight and recommendations on both short-term and long-term growth plans. He is known for his uncompromising personal integrity, ethics, and solid leadership, and is responsible for all financial aspects of the Company. Mr. Straus oversees and provides strategic direction to the Company’s finance organizations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and strategic development (M&A). He also leads the human resources, IT, and legal teams at MedPartners.

Mr. Straus brings 25 years of financial and management experience to MedPartners. He has held various leadership positions with public companies, mid-sized private companies, and “Big 4” public accounting firms. His roles have included Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Senior Vice President of Tax. Mr. Straus earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the AICPA and FICPA, and resides in south Florida with his wife and two children.

Julie Bodnar serves as the Vice President for MedPartners Registry Services including Oncology Data Management, Trauma Registry, Bone Marrow Transplant and Cardiovascular Data Management Services.  Her responsibilities include business line creation and development, strategic oversight and management of internal staff, new business development and current accounts.

Since 1998, Bodnar has served in various roles in Healthcare Consulting with nationally recognized organizations and is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.  She currently resides in Tampa, Florida, with her husband.

Lora Clements serves as the Vice President of Quality Care for MedPartners. Her role includes market development, recruitment, and brand awareness of the emerging Quality Care team.

In 2011, she joined MedPartners as a founding member of our CDI Division. She has the pleasure of working with the youngest, yet fast-growing division, bringing a competitive edge to further separate Quality Care from the competition.

Lora is the product of a military upbringing and prides herself in her ability to adapt to new situations.  She came to MedPartners from the legal field and uses her diverse skill set to her advantage in each role she holds.

Lora is a proud graduate of Florida State University and lives in Tampa with her husband and daughter.

As a committed HIM professional, Brandi Fowler officially joined MedPartners in January of 2015 as an Account Manager in the northeast and mid-west where she quickly added value to her clients and consultants, reducing candidate attrition and improving quality. An Oklahoma native, Mrs. Fowler served on the OKHIMA board as the Director of Education as well as the Director of Programs. She served as a full time instructor and Program Director of The Health Information Management Program at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK where she was responsible for bringing their existing RHIA program online and adding an online Master’s Program in Healthcare Informatics.

Previous to her time in academics, Brandi worked in various sales consulting roles and as a Physician Trainer at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Brandi achieved her RHIA in 1999, CPC credentials in 2000, Masters in Health Informatics from The College of St. Scholastica in 2010 and CAHIIM Program Accreditation Site Surveyor in 2014.

Clint Grissom serves as the Vice President of Registry Services including Oncology Data Management, Trauma Registry, Bone Marrow Transplant and Cardiovascular Data Management Services.  Mr. Grissom joined MedPartners in 2010 as one of the founding members of our Registry Services Division.  His responsibilities include business line creation and development, strategic oversight and development of internal staff, as well as new business and current accounts.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Grissom served in various leadership, management and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized healthcare service organizations  in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and Daytona.  Mr. Grissom brings more than 14 years of healthcare consulting experience to the MedPartners organization.  He graduated from Florida State University with his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ruden served in various leadership, management and client relationship positions with a national healthcare organization in Atlanta and Tampa. Ruden brings more than 8 years of healthcare consulting experience to the MedPartners organization.  He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and just celebrated his first wedding anniversary.

James A. Barrett II is the Senior Director of Talent & Process Development responsible for developing new delivery personnel, best practices and implementing process throughout the company. Previously Barrett directed the delivery team in Coral Springs and has been recognized and awarded for being Producer of the Year Award for 3 consecutive years during his recruiting tenure at MedPartners. Some of his responsibilities include directing and mentoring recruiters and account managers, implementing advanced recruiting strategies and processes, and constantly looking for ways to improve current procedures and methods based on industry trends. Barrett stays ahead of the market curve to make sure that MedPartners is implementing the latest and most efficient business strategies among the companies delivery teams.

Prior to joining MedPartners, Barrett managed recruiting teams with a nationally recognized technology organization as well as a nationally recognized healthcare organization in Florida. Barrett brings to more than 15 years of recruiting experience as it relates to technology. Barrett attended Seminole State College with a major in Computer Sciences.

Milgrim Bello serves as the company’s Director of Strategic Marketing. Mrs. Bello’s role includes corporate marketing and communications efforts including Branding, Public/Media Relations, Market Research & Analysis, Content Marketing, Candidate & Client Education Marketing, Social/Interactive Marketing, Social Media, Internal Communications, Change Management and Event Planning. She is in charge of MedPartners’ strategic marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining MedPartners, Mrs. Bello managed and led a marketing team within the Staffing Vertical. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Rollins College.

Michael DeGore serves as the Director of Operations for MedPartners.  In his role, Michael is responsible for all back-office service and support operations such as client and consultant on-boarding, consultant human resources, consultant payroll, client billing, account receivable management, cash applications and consultant travel.

Prior to joining MedPartners, Michael served in several key executive leadership roles helping firms achieve desired results while navigating through all market conditions.  Michael has over 16 years of back-office staffing industry experience working for firms with various business verticals ranging in size and scope from $200M -$22B.  Michael graduated from Ashford University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Project Management.  Michael lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife Angela and their two kids, Isabella and Dominic.

Alex Garcia serves as the company’s Director of Human Resources. In this role, he is responsible for HR Policy development, documentation, implementation and compliance. Additional responsibilities include Employee Relations Management as well as Benefits and 401(k) administration and compliance. One of his primary objectives is assisting management in maintaining an employee-oriented culture that adheres to the company’s core values.

Mr. Garcia brings over 15 years of successful Human Resources Management experience supporting companies in various industries with up to 2,000 employees. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and obtained his Human Resources Management certification from the University of Miami.

Prior to joining MedPartners, Emily worked in Agency Recruiting along with Corporate Recruiting/Management for 10 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lewis University, where she was a collegiate athlete.
