RN Case Manager Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be committed to serving as an advocate for your patients so their individual needs are met in the best ways possible. Other essential skills including strong communication abilities; adaptability; and attention to detail.

RN Case Manager positions with MedPartners require the following qualifications:

  • Two years of case management experience in an acute care hospital setting performing either UR or discharge planning
  • Experience with InterQual
  • Epic and Midas (a strong plus)
