Our consultants work full-time W-2 status in discharge planning and/or UR/UM support roles within our expansive network hospitals and health systems. Acute Care RN Case Manager candidates should have recent acute care inpatient facility experience in:

  • Discharge planning and/or utilization review roles
  • Interqual and/or MCG criteria for nurses
  • Various EMR systems
  • Associate (two-year degree) in nursing
  • MSW for social workers

The ideal candidate should also have the following education requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • ACM or CCM Certifications
  • Experience in hybrid environment (paper charting and EMR)
  • Compact RN licenses, CA RN License, FL RN License, NY RN License
