Social Worker LCSW/LMSW
This position functions in the Social Services department to provide psycho-social support to people, families, or vulnerable populations of all ages so they can cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses in an inpatient, outpatient, and Long-Term Care settings.
Bachelor's degree in social work or a bachelor's degree in a human services field including, but not limited to, sociology, gerontology, specials education, rehabilitation counseling, and psychology required.
Master's degree in social work is preferred.
Working in a LTC/medical setting or agency that utilizes team meetings, assessments and planning with individuals or groups for a minimum of one year, preferred.
Must be considered a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and licensed in the State of Alaska.
