Marci Wilhelm serves as the President of MedPartners, responsible for system process development, staff acquisition, education and development, candidate relationship management, client project management, and internal quality assurance. She is an expert at delivering organizational data and applying it to quality measures that support value-based healthcare models addressing every stage of care. Her duties also include spearheading innovative client solutions to resolve mid-revenue cycle gaps in talent and knowledge in order to deliver cost savings to client facilities.

Wilhelm, a graduate of the University of Florida with her bachelor’s degree in Communications, has more than 20 years of healthcare consulting experience. Wilhelm is a member of ACDIS, ACMA, AHIMA, and NAHRI, as well as a contributor to AHIMA’s FORE (Foundation of Research and Education). She is a dedicated member of the health information management profession and is currently enrolled in the College of St. Scholastica, pursuing a master’s degree in Health Information Management.

Mike Behringer serves as the Vice President of Health Information Management. His role includes leading a seasoned team of account managers and recruiters, strategic oversight, new business development and current accounts. As the first Account Manager MedPartners hired in 2007, Mr. Behringer helped start the Health Information Management division.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Behringer served in various leadership, management and client relationship positions with a national healthcare organization in Tampa. He brings more than 12 years of healthcare consulting experience to the MedPartners organization. Mr. Behringer currently resides in the Tampa area with his wife of over 20 years as well as his daughter.

Lora Clements serves as the Vice President of Quality Care for MedPartners. Her role includes market development, recruitment, and brand awareness of the emerging Quality Care team.

In 2011, she joined MedPartners as a founding member of our CDI Division. She has the pleasure of working with the youngest, yet fast-growing division, bringing a competitive edge to further separate Quality Care from the competition.

Lora is the product of a military upbringing and prides herself in her ability to adapt to new situations.  She came to MedPartners from the legal field and uses her diverse skill set to her advantage in each role she holds.

Lora is a proud graduate of Florida State University and lives in Tampa with her husband and daughter.

Brandi Fowler MS, RHIA joined MedPartners in January 2015 as an account manager in the Northeast and Mid-West territories. Mrs. Fowler leveraged two decades of expert-level HIM industry knowledge to provide a quality-centric, value based sales model to her clients and consultants. This approach to selling HIM services resulted in a significant increase in revenue due to increased client satisfaction and reduction in candidate attrition. Clients and candidates valued the opportunity to work with a fellow HIM-credentialed professional whose commitment to data quality and customer service mirrored their own. Based on Mrs. Fowler’s proven success in her sales role, executive leadership saw the opportunity to utilize her industry knowledge in a more global sense and promoted her to Vice President of Education & Compliance in mid-2015. Since that time, Mrs. Fowler has been largely responsible for broadly strengthening the foundation of the company from education and compliance perspectives. Serving in her current role as Sr. Vice President of Education & Quality (2018), her work has helped ensure MedPartners’ continued success in the ever-changing world of healthcare.

An Oklahoma native, Mrs. Fowler served on the OKHIMA board as the Director of Education as well as the Director of Programs. She served as a full time instructor and Program Director of the Health Information Management Program at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK where she was responsible for bringing their existing RHIA program online and adding an online Master’s Program in Healthcare Informatics.

Prior to her career in academia, Brandi worked in various sales consulting roles and as a Physician Trainer at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Brandi earned her RHIA in 1999, CPC in 2000, and Masters in Health Informatics from The College of St. Scholastica in 2010 and CAHIIM Program Accreditation Site Surveyor in 2014.

Clay Grissom serves as Vice President of Case Management with more than 17 years of healthcare consulting experience. Mr. Grissom joined MedPartners in 2013 to help start the company’s Case Management Division. His responsibilities include business line creation and development, strategic oversight and development of internal staff, as well as new business and current accounts.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Grissom served in various leadership, management and client relationship positions with multiple nationally recognized healthcare organizations. He also spent eight years in the commercial insurance field, where he focused on the P&C, workers' compensation, and PEO markets. He graduated from Western Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing.

Clint Grissom serves as the Vice President of Registry Services including Oncology Data Management, Trauma Registry, Bone Marrow Transplant and Cardiovascular Data Management Services.  Mr. Grissom joined MedPartners in 2010 as one of the founding members of our Registry Services Division.  His responsibilities include business line creation and development, strategic oversight and development of internal staff, as well as new business and current accounts.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Grissom served in various leadership, management and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized healthcare service organizations  in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and Daytona.  Mr. Grissom brings more than 14 years of healthcare consulting experience to the MedPartners organization.  He graduated from Florida State University with his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate.

Nate Ruden serves as the Vice President of Clinical Documentation Improvement.  His role includes leading a seasoned team of account managers and recruiters, strategic oversight, new business development and current accounts.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ruden served in various leadership, management and client relationship positions with a national healthcare organization in Atlanta and Tampa. Ruden brings more than 8 years of healthcare consulting experience to the MedPartners organization.  He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and just celebrated his first wedding anniversary.

Michael DeGore serves as the Director of Operations for MedPartners.  In his role, Michael is responsible for all back-office service and support operations such as client and consultant on-boarding, consultant human resources, consultant payroll, client billing, account receivable management, cash applications and consultant travel.

Prior to joining MedPartners, Michael served in several key executive leadership roles helping firms achieve desired results while navigating through all market conditions.  Michael has over 16 years of back-office staffing industry experience working for firms with various business verticals ranging in size and scope from $200M -$22B.  Michael graduated from Ashford University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Project Management.  Michael lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife Angela and their two kids, Isabella and Dominic.
