    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • RN Case Manager MUST HAVE Current experience in an acute care case management role doing both UR and Discharge Planning. Must be licensed RN in state of Virginia.

Must have experience working with physicians, staff, patients and their families and and helping them identify the appropriate resources to help them during their stay and resources for their discharge (SNF, DME, etc). Must have great communication skills, will be working with patients and families. Must have experience with Cerner, Morrissey, Curaspan/Navi-Health)
    The ideal candidate has a strong RN Case Management background in an acute care hospital, fast paced environment, high level of competitive spirit, drive, intuitiveness, ambition to succeed, leadership skills, communication skills, and self-motivation.

    These positions require:

    • Experience with ACS Verification and/or State Designation
    • Handling identification, prioritization, abstraction, and injury coding of patients for inclusion into the trauma registry software, as well as other registry duties as required
    • Experience with TraumaOne, DI Collector, Trauma Base, Imagine Trend
    • Must be a Trauma Registrar and have at least 3+ years of experience
